A real boutique hotel where you are not just any client, where the staff really cares about you and your well being. Rooms are really spacious, hotel’s piano bar and restaurant very good. Must say an excellent stay.

We stayed at the Chatelain for the week end with my girlfriend we wanted something intimate with a great service and we had it all!!!
The rooms where spacious the staff was on point for all of our request, great location we walked in the chatelain and avenue louise…. Great experience we will definitively come back!!

Nice atmosphere, very good quality big rooms and services, excellent restaurant and breakfast buffet. You are welcomed everywhere, good surroundings of the hotel. Very comfortable beds. Quiet place. Very good shower.

Excellent stay! Large rooms, super comfortable bed and room temperature, very well isolated room, varied breakfast (gluten-free products included!) of delicious quality, and friendly informative staff.

This hotel truly deserves its 5 star: from the cleanliness, attention to details, decoration, the spacious and luxurious rooms, the breakfast, the staff…. A 5 star experience! And we will happily come back if ever in Brussels.

This hotel was fantastic – my room or suite was so comfortable, clean and luxurious. A simple chocolate on my bed everyone night was a lovely touch. Decaffeinated coffee was available in my room without having to ask for it. All the staff at the reception we’re so helpful and thoughtful. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel and would certainly stay there again. Thanks for a wonderful 3 nights and fantastic breakfast.
